Fernando Rodriguez is a Peruvian-born writer and artist based in New York City. He holds a double B.A. in Creative Writing and Political Science from CUNY Hunter College.

His work intersects storytelling with visual art. His short memoir Lo Que Perdí was published in PEN America’s Dreaming Out Loud: Voices of Migrant Writers (Vol. 4, 2022), and his illustrations will soon appear in Oyster River Pages, where he currently serves as a Graphic Designer

In June 2025, he will be joining Simon & Schuster’s Publishing Prologue as a fellow in a program for emerging professionals in publishing. 

He’s actively pursuing a career in publishing while building space for himself in the literary world.
